How do you describe such vague and irregular symptoms.

I think that walking on sand is a good way of explaining how it feels to be unsteady.

The sheer concentration makes it exhausting.  :'(

I know what you mean, Patsy.

When I ask my mum how she's feeling, all she can really say is 'Yeuch!' there's no one thing to point to and no one easy way to describe how you're feeling.

What really bugs me is that having had numerous tests, my neurologist still cant give me a definite diagnosis let alone a prognosis.  My rheumatologist was treating me with a drug for Lupus for a year and then she stopped the drug as she determined from yet another test that I did not have Lupus.

There are so many different types of ataxia and all have different symptoms - I sometimes feel I just want to forget about it.

I do know from experience that adrenaline makes me feel normal - however I do hurt all over the next day.
